House inspection turned out ok, no major problems to report, just some niggly shit, mainly gutters and such. Otherwise, I'm good to go. Going to get my commitment letter from the mortage people tomorrow (hopefully my very hot lady taker-carer'r hand delivers it, I had such a hard time when I went in to meet her). So things are looking gooooood.
So I've been thinking. I need some nookie. I've decided to live through Matt from FrakenBlog, since his hot as hell wife got her nibblies pierced. I thinks I hate him right now.
Also, my neighbor E has been flirting lately, which is nice, but she's engaged and I don't want to curupt her. I'm not into wrecking things.
